Beskrivelse Because of age and health, we have decided to sell our beautiful resort in Albuera, Leyte, south of Ormoc. The resort is a small, beautiful resort with the following amenities: Three fully equipped bungalows with hot and cold water, air-con, complete kitchen w. cookwares etc., dining space and bedroom. Outside a spacious terrace with native furniture's. Four standard rooms with hot & cold water, air con, toilet and shower and terrace w. furnitures. Six “Nipa Huts” small covered dining place with table, benches and native roof. A large fishpond between the river and the property with picnic house standing in the water. One house for the owner fully equipped and with terrace. Sells without personal effects. Can also be rented out. Parking lot for two cars. Laundry room and storage room. Double oval pool, one for children with “underwater steps” Restaurant with furniture, freezer, refrigerator etc. Karaoke room/house with billiard table Badminton and basketball court Playground for children telephone and internet Parabol TV All is build in Scandinavian and Filipino style. The resort has been going for 5 years, is very clean and well maintained! Our customers is very satisfied with the cleanliness. The resort is 5000 m2 and placed close to a river. It is placed ca. 5-10 min walking distance to the ocean. The place is very quiet, and placed in a clean and beautiful neighborhood. Large parking lot outside the gate. |
